Doorstep Delivery Policy

Most orders in the Peace Valley region are delivered via doorstep delivery.

Due to the nature of our business, some orders may be delivered with very short notice.

If you ordered through our website, you will receive an email notification when your order has been placed at your doorstep.

There are fees associated with our doorstep delivery service which vary from product to product and your location. You can expect to pay $3 - $5 for our delivery service. The fees will display at checkout. There are no other additional fees for the doorstep delivery service.

Orders will be placed as close to your front door as possible in a shaded area.

It’s recommended to bring your order inside and refrigerate it immediately if it’s a fresh market product.

Generally speaking, most fresh market products will be ok outside for 1 to 2 days as long as they are in a shaded area and it’s not too hot during the day.

Note, some fresh market products will begin to dry as they sit outside which will result in loss of weight.
