Preparing Dried Pine Mushroom
Before frying or adding to your stews & soups, give the dried pine mushroom slices a quick rinse and then rehydrate for 30 minutes. I know it sounds silly to rehydrate before placing in soups & stews, but trust us when we say not to skip this step.
After about 30 minutes of rehydrating in your favorite liquid, they can then be fried or added to your soup or stew.
If you ordered seasoning from us, it is ready to be added to your soup or stew at any time. The longer the seasoning brews in your soup for, the more intense the pine flavor will be.
