Do not consume raw Fiddleheads
These preparation instructions apply to both fresh and frozen fiddleheads. It’s important that the fiddleheads are rinsed well, and then boiled or steamed, and then fried.
Do not consume fiddleheads raw. Treat them as raw chicken. Please cook them thoroughly.
