This shipping policy (the "Shipping Policy") apply to both www.peacevalleyforagers.ca and www.peacevalleyforagers.com (the "Site").

All shipping rates are charged in Canadian dollars.

By placing an order on the Site, you indicate that you have read and understand this Shipping Policy and agree to abide by it at all times.

Some of the fresh market products we offer on the Site are not available for purchase outside of the Peace Valley. This is because most fresh market products require shipment via reefer truck or travel by climate controlled air freight which makes it uneconomical unless one is purchasing in bulk (30 more lbs).

We have the right to refuse shipment of any order. In the event we refuse shipment, a full refund will be issued.

Most orders are processed within 24 hours, but please allow up to three days to process orders.

Most orders are shipped via Canada Post - Expedited Parcel. Our alternative shipping agent is UPS. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your shipping label is printed which will be automatically sent to the email address you provided us at checkout.

Shipping times are outside of our control. Generally, most shipments to urban areas will take 2 - 5 business days. Orders to more secluded areas can take 6 - 8 business days. Processing times are generally 1 day or less, but please allow us up to 3 days to process your order.

At present, we are not offering domestic shipping to Nunavut.

Canada Post does not generally ship on weekends. Note that we are able to drop off shipments at Canada Post and UPS on weekends and you may receive tracking numbers on weekends as well. However, those parcels will generally not begin their journey until the next business day.

We do not process orders on Canadian holidays. Canada Post and UPS do not ship on Canadian holidays.

Domestic shipping is currently $15.99 for the first item plus a $1 fee for each additional item.

Shipping to the USA is currently $17.99 CAD for the first item plus a $1 CAD fee for each additional item.

Orders shipped to the USA may incur custom fees.

At present, we are not offering international shipments, except to the United States. We do not ship to the following states: Hawaii, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe and Armed Forces Pacific.

If you reside internationally and are interested in placing a bulk order, please reach out to us.

If you reside in an extremely hot climate, we recommend not ordering any of our wild crafted salves or magnesium body rubs as they may melt during shipping.
