Frozen Fiddleheads
This product is only available to Fort St. John residents. Do not order if you reside outside of the Fort St. John area. Your order will not be fulfilled.
Due to the popularity of Fiddleheads, I hired help this season for harvesting my Fiddlehead patch. We also began buying Fiddleheads from other pickers to keep up with the demand.
Nathaniel and I can pick quite a bit over the course of a few days and process all the orders for the Fort St. John and Prince George area usually. However, we expanded our market to the Kamloops area this season, and were flooded with requests for Fiddleheads. I’m happy that I decided to just not fulfill the orders placed here on our website, but stock excess for processing and freezing.
Our frozen Fiddleheads have been cleaned, blanched and then frozen. We will offer them here throughout the year in case you missed them during the in season.
